1. Digital Delivery
- All documents, drafts, and correspondence are primarily delivered via email or secure online platforms.
- Digital delivery is free of charge and sent within the agreed timeline.
2. Physical Delivery (If Requested)
- Physical copies of legal documents can be delivered via courier (e.g., TCS, Leopard, etc.) upon request.
- Shipping is available within Pakistan only.
- Delivery time typically ranges between 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges apply and will be communicated at the time of request.
3. Delays & Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
- If documents are lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in reissuing them, but courier fees may apply again.
4. Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
